The villagers have found that the water level takes some time to replenish as there are many more users of this pump. We have enabled the villagers to purchase more pump rods to take the pump head to a lower level and therefore maintaining the maximum flow. The installation work has been completed by the village team. There was also a need for a washing area away from the pump, to avoid contamination of the drinking water. This has now been built by the villagers with cement we have supplied.
